Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva took part in the awards ceremony for the winners of the HealthTech AI Hackathon held in Nukus.
Participants presented innovative IT solutions in the field of healthcare, designed to advance digital medicine and integrate artificial intelligence into diagnostics and treatment.
According to Saida Mirziyoyeva, the hackathon has become a platform uniting young doctors and IT specialists who are striving to find practical solutions to improve people’s quality of life.
“I saw many intelligent, ambitious, and inspired young people united by this platform – over 300 participants in 44 teams. Young doctors and tech experts are joining forces to develop solutions for the medicine of the future. They are thinking about how digital tools can save lives, make diagnostics more accurate, and treatment more accessible”, she emphasized.
The Head of the Presidential Administration noted that for many participants, taking part in the hackathon became a personal mission – a desire to help loved ones and improve their lives.
“Many came to the Hackathon not for the sake of an award, but because they had witnessed the pain of their loved ones and wanted to find a solution that could change their lives. That is why their eyes shine, and that is why the results are so strong. Now our shared goal is not to stop here, but to see these projects through, support their development, and help them find investors”, Saida Mirziyoyeva said.
Around 40 percent of the participants were young women, who confidently presented and defended their innovative ideas.
The HealthTech AI Hackathon is part of a large-scale national initiative – the AI Hackathon project, which will cover all regions of the country.
“I am confident that among the participants are future innovators, scientists, and leaders who will successfully drive our country forward. The next stage will take place in Samarkand. Thank you for your ideas, your courage, and your belief in change. This is just the beginning!” Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized.
